We offer a full refund to our customers, based on the following criteria.
Refunds or replacements will be given where products are faulty or damaged.
Refunds will be made by the same means the goods were purchased by, i.e. credit card refunds or a cheque payable to the person who signed the cheque sent.
Our Flowers Direct relay service offer a Quality Guarantee and promise to all customers: that the flowers will be fresh; will be delivered to the address specified to us; and will be delivered on a specific date - often the next day or even the same day (provided the order is place before 12 noon.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you MUST contact the florist - within 48 hours of the flowers being delivered in order for a full refund to be given.
